The application is free to use on your device, provided users agree to the terms of use and privacy policy. Furthermore, RelyPass offers affordable Cloud Syncing and Backup Services, enabling users to synchronize secure data across devices and recover it if necessary. These services are available as in-app purchases with cost-effective annual plans for individuals and families.

User privacy is of utmost importance. RelyPass does not collect identifying information during free usage without Cloud Syncing and Backup Services. When opting for a syncing plan, users' email addresses are collected solely for the purpose of associating it with encrypted data stored in the cloud, ensuring recovery options are in place—access remains exclusive to those who know their personal passphrase.

All data is encrypted on users’ devices with their unique passphrase, remaining encrypted during transfers and storage in the RelyPass Cloud. Without the established passphrase, data remains inaccessible to anyone else.

Importantly, RelyPass does not retain knowledge of users' personal passphrases; thus, recovery assistance is not available if forgotten. However, users are encouraged to create a memorable yet strong passphrase and have the option of setting a 'password hint' for additional support.

RelyPass also simplifies access by allowing logins via fingerprint and facial recognition on compatible devices. The development team is actively exploring further enhancements to improve overall user experience.
